Billings Area Sole Source Tele-Medicine Services

SOLE SOURCE AWARD NOTICE The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Avel ECAR, LLC. The company shall provide Telemedicine services to the Billings Area Indian Health Service Locations which consist of the following service units: Browning Service Unit, Crow Service Unit, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Fort Peck Service Unit, Little Shell Service Unit, and Northern Cheyenne Service Unit.

Avel ECARE, LLC will provide services interim while the multiple year contract is advertised and awarded due to existing connectivity and all necessary clearances to ensure continuity of mission critical patient care. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.

Firms that believe they can provide Telemedicine services whom are cleared to perform immediate services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 5 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
