Billings Area Wide Tele Behavioral Health Services

Subject: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Tele Behavioral Health & Tele Emergency Services 75H70925Q00003 The Indian Health Service intends to solicit quotations for Tele Behavioral Health Services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The Period of Performance is expected to be one base period plus four option periods. The services required are for Tele Behavioral Health Services to the Billings Area Indian Health Service.

The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the services. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 29th, 2025 and proposals will be due approximately 30 days later. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov. This notice is not a request for quotations. A determination to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
