The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Optometry Department has a need for Three (3) Reliance 7900 IC Floor Unit with Console or equal, Three (3) Reichert 11636 with Minus Cylinder or equal, Three (3) Haag-Streit BP900, Three (3) Haag-Streit BP/BQ/BX Applanation Tonometer with Trade-In, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

This is a combined synopsis for Indian Health Service (HIS) for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70724Q00071 and is issued as a Request for Quote, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333310 with a business size standard 1,000. Prospective Offerors are invited to submit Quotes in reference to the solicitation cited above. The proposal should include the following:

Invoicing – Invoices submitted under an award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of Payments Requests (FEB 2022). Payment – All payments by the Government under an award shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232.33.
