[Base + Four (4) Option Years] A Contracting Officer signed an LSJ on April 12, 2024, due to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A); only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. IGCE is $49,875.00. Upon further review, an email was received by Frontier Precision, Inc. on June 28, 2024, stating that CenterPoint was on GSA and that if the PO was going to Frontier, the pricing was GSA equivalent. A JOFOC was signed on 8/1/2024 as Unusual and Compelling Urgency, as the OEHE Department has been waiting on the software since 8/1/2023.
