The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service is seeking to purchase Hosted VOIP and Voicemail system. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsive and responsible offeror whose conforming response is determined to provide the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
