Landscape Maintenance Services, Sacred Oaks Healing Center (Davis, CA)

The Sacred Oaks Healing Center (SOHC) is a 35,000 square foot facility located on approximately 12 acres in Davis, CA. The SOHC is a residential behavioral health treatment facility for Native American/Alaskan Native youths (ages 12-17) with substance abuse disorders. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide landscaping and grounds-keeping maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, dated 26 March 2024. Property Layout Plans Site Visit: 20 March 2024 at 11:00 AM PST, at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, CA. Contractor questions shall be submitted to the contracting officer in writing no later than 22 March 2024. All answers to any questions received shall be posted to SAM.gov as an amendment. If additional time to quote is needed, the CO will extend the due date when posting said amendment. Though the Site Visit is optional, it is strongly encouraged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by one of the following methods:

(a) By completing Items 8 and 15 (of the SF 30), and returning

(one)_ 1 copies of the amendment;

(b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers.
