The is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued pursuant to the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Subpart 13.2 procedures. This RFQ is soliciting industry for Rapid Assessment Machine Learning Software License. The Government’s objective is to obtain brand name or equal ADMET Predictor software licenses to support CTP/OS/Division of Nonclinical Sciences’. The software will be used by CTP personnel during toxicology data mining and assessment of potential toxicity of chemicals used in tobacco products for which no or only limited toxicology data is available.
