05/10/2024 Amendment to SSN: See attached Amendment to the originalSources Sought Notice. This amendment updates the requirement for the radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane and adds an option for vendors to provide tritium radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane instead of the carbon-14 radiolabeled chemical. The Sources Sought Notice is also extended and now closes at 2pm Central time on May 16,2024.

See attached Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for carbon-14 radiolabeled perfluorodecalin (CAS # 306-94-5) and carbon-14 radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane (CAS # 51851-37-7). Capable vendors who may supply either or both of the required chemicals, please submit capability statements and country of origin of the chemicals to suzanne.martella@fda.hhs.gov no later than 05/14/2024 at 09:15 am Central time.
