Justification for Other Than Full and Open - Electronic Data Collection and Processing of the National Hospital Care Survey (NHCS) 2025 Data

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), awarded Task Order 75D30126F21551 to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. under CDC Blanket Purchase Agreement 75D30120A08214 for Electronic Data Collection and Processing of the National Hospital Care Survey (NHCS) 2025 Data.

The requirement provides technical support for electronic hospital data collection, processing, development of the 2025 NHCS Harmonized and Integrated Database, maintenance and enhancement of the Healthcare Electronic Health Records platform, Annual Hospital Report activities, and related technical support and deliverables. The total contract value is $3,082,194.86, of which $2,820,403.40 was obligated at award.

The period of performance is September 18, 2026 through January 25, 2028. This order was awarded on a limited-source basis under the Federal Supply Schedule/BPA ordering procedures. In accordance with FAR 5.301 and FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), the Government is publishing this award notice and the associated Limited-Sources Justification.
