This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is an RFQ to procure a Agilent CrossLab Silver Maintenance Plan for three Agilent gas chromatograph mass spectrometry systems. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is not included.

There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
