Eppendorf Service Agreement

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Eppendorf North America, INC., 175 Freshwater Blvd. Enfield, CT 06082 (CAGE Code: 13487) for a service agreement for the epMotion 5075t NGS Solution. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase a 5-year onsite service agreement that guarantees services, for planned and unplanned service events, replacement parts, and annual preventive maintenance visits.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by 18 March 2025 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
