Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Dry Ice / CO2

Amendment 0004 is added to extend quote due date to October 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM EDT and revise the solicitation. See attached SF30 75D301-24-Q-77950 and Pricing Schedule Breakdown 75D301-24-Q-77950 (added for ease of use).

Amendment 0003 is added to extend quote due date to September 3, 2024 12:00 PM EDT.

Amendment 0002 is added to extend quote due date to August 28, 2024 12:00 PM EDT and insert requirement for Offerors to state whether or not they are the manufacturer of the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 being supplied to the Government. If the Offeror is not the manufacturer of the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 being supplied, the Offeror shall state who their manufacturer(s) are and provide proof of their authorization /agreements from the manufacturer(s) to resell the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 to the Government.

Amendment 0001 is added to extend quote due date to August 20, 2024 12:00 PM EDT and attach revised Q&A spreadsheet. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price, technically acceptable. Offerors who do not quote the entire requirement or provide all information requested will be considered non-responsive and their quote will not be evaluated.

Questions and Answers: All questions must be submitted via email to James Brown III at xvn8@cdc.gov. The deadline for submitting questions is Monday, August 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM EDT. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date and time will not be reviewed or answered. All responses to questions will be posted to SAM.gov for viewing. Quotes are due no later than Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM EDT. Only offers submitted electronically, via email, will be considered for this requirement.
