Federal Select Agent Program (FSAP) Virtual Workshop

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to update the solicitation to include FAR 52.212-1,Instructions to offerors, 52.21-2, Evaluation, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, and 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The solicitation due date is extended from 5/30/2024 to 6/5/2024 5:00PM EST.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation special notice for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75D301-24-Q-77778 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 with a small business size standard of $24,500,000.00. The contractor shall host two virtual 4-hour Select Agent Workshops. The workshop may include updates about FSAP, lessons learned, tips for compliance, and group discussions. Facilitators shall encourage feedback on how to improve FSAP. The contractor will share an anonymous summary of feedback with FSAP.

The workshop may be hosted using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. The workshop must be live but recorded for those who are unable to attend or for reference by the attendees. The contractor shall create a method for distribution of the recorded workshop to select agent users. The below CLINs are required:
