Notice of Intent to Sole Source Alaska Occupational Health Services

The contractor shall have statewide physical clinic locations to provide occupational health services to include all labor, supplies, materials, pharmaceuticals, equipment. Services include but are not limited to:

medical and respiratory exams, hearing tests, immunizations, first aid for occupational and non-occupational injuries, infectious diseases exposure managment, treatment of work related illnesses, medical referrals, tuberculosis surveillance, and pre-and post-travel consultations to CDC staff as needed in the State of Alaska.
