Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Support Services

This acquisition is for database and IT administrator support services and technical support to maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for a six-month period of performance. It also includes 25,000 user SAP licenses for the system. The LMS provides a platform for delivering online courses, tracking user progress, and managing training programs for a large organization. Contract type and structure. This is a firm-fixed price contract with a six (6) month period of performance. This is a new contract.

The contract will be for a pre-existing database that has been previously managed within another contract that provides other services. The primary place of performance shall be at the Contractor's facilities with any necessary ad hoc meetings held remotely or at HHS Headquarters or the local Washington, D.C.area.
