THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO REVISE THE SOLICITED QUANTITIES AND REVISE STATEMENT OF WORK SECTION D.3.3 - RETURNS & RECALLS. QUANTITIES ARE REVISED IN RFP ATTACHMENT 1 AND RFP ATTACHMENT 2. THE CLOSING DATE OF THE SOLICITATION IS EXTENDED TO APRIL 3, 2025, AT 11:00 A.M. (EST).

THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO PUBLISH ANSWERS TO VENDOR QUESTIONS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED "ANSWERS TO VENDOR QUESTIONS."

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued on the basis of full and open competition and is not set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). The size standard is 1,300 (number of employees).

The Center for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) has a need to procure a variety of FDA-approved pharmaceuticals to maintain minimum stockpiling capabilities for responding to public health events. The Contractor, as an independent organization and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, facilities, equipment, transportation and travel necessary to deliver the acceptable pharmaceuticals.

The Contractor shall provide brand name or equal product for the pharmaceuticals listed in Section D - Description/Specifications/Work Statement contained in the Request for Proposals. The pharmaceuticals include the following:

Albuterol Nebulizer Solution, 0.083% - 2.5mg/3ml vial Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Acid 500mg/125mg tablets Bactrim DS, sulfamethoxazole 800mg/trimethoprim 160mg, 100 tablets Doxycycline 25mg/5ml oral suspension, powder, 60ml bottle Ondansetron HCL 8mg, 30 tablets, bottle Penicillin G Potassium 20MU vial Sodium Chloride (NaCl), 0.9% for injection, 100ml solution flexi-bag Voriconazole 200mg, 30 Tablet Bottle Large business offerors shall submit small business subcontracting plans by the closing date and time of this announcement to:
