IBMSC - Guanidinium Thiocyanate IBX

The purposes of this bilateral modification are as follows:

1. Additional within-scope work has been added and a new deliverable entitled “Process Validation Report” has been incorporated into the contract. The deliverable Process Validation Report increases the total number of reports due under this contract. Therefore, the quantity in SECTION B - SUPPLIES/SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS, SECTION B.1 PRICE/CONTRACT LINE ITEMS, Line Number 2/CLIN 0002 quantity is increased from 18 EA to 19 EA.

2. Due to the addition of the Process Validation Report, SECTION C - STATEMENT OF WORK, SECTION C.4 Management and Execution Plan paragraphs (b) and (d), and SECTION F - DELIVERIES AND PERFORMANCE, SECTION F.1 PERIOD OFPERFORMANCE, and SECTION F.2 DELIVERIES, are hereby revised.

3. The deliverable Process Validation Report increases the total price of the contract in SECTION B - SUPPLIES/SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS, SECTION B.1 PRICE/CONTRACT LINE ITEMS. The total price of Line Number 2/CLIN 0002 is hereby increased by $1,900,000.00, from $72,000.00 to $1,972,000.00.

4. The project milestone dates are revised as agreed upon between the Government and Anatrace Products, LLC. As a result, SECTION J: LIST OF DOCUMENTS, EXHIBITS AND OTHER ATTACHMENTS, Attachment 1 Delivery Schedule has been replaced with a revised Attachment 1 Delivery Schedule dated 13 AUG 2024.

5. The total price of the contract is hereby increased from $9,591,300.00 to $11,491,300.00. Funding Requisition ASP333155 is added to fully fund the additional obligated costs in the amount of $1,900,000.00.

6. The overall period of performance is hereby extended from 12/27/2022 – 8/26/2024 to 12/27/2022 – 09/09/2025.
