Otha Henderson Email: otha.b.henderson.civ@army.mil DESCRIPTION: The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Utah, Purchasing and Contracting intends to award a sole source requirement to perform trailer gooseneck modifications on three existing trailers. The UTARNG intends to award this sole source requirement to West-Mark (Certified Stainless Service, Inc ABA West-Mark) of Ceres, Ca 95307. West-Mark is the vendor the trailers were purchased from and has the capabilities, expertise, and knowledge of the trailers necessary to modify the goosenecks for the UTARNG.

INTEREST PARTIES: The anticipated North American Classification System Code (NAICS for this requirement is 336212, Truck and Trailer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Any interested vendors responding to this notice must be registered in SAM.gov under this, or very similar NAICS, IAW the small business requirements of FAR 19.502-2.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability of meeting this requirement by responding to the UTARNG USPFO for Utah Purchasing & Contracting office by 5pm (Mountain) 23 July 2024. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm’s ability to provide the trailer modifications mentioned above and in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. If no responses are received, the USPFO for Utah, Purchasing and Contracting office will proceed with the sole source award to West-Mark.
