Presolicitation Notice for USAID USPSCs

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is in need of U.S. Personal Services Contractors (USPSC) to perform critical staff functions to ensure an orderly wind down of Agency operations. Critical functions that may be performed by these USPSC positions include, but are not limited to:

acquisition and assistance, information technology, financial management, legal and litigation, budget management, general operations, and human capital services support.
