The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), is publishing a Request for Information (RFI) in order to obtain information and recommendations from interested non-governmental, public and private parties on the development of resilient agriculture and food market systems that support the accessibility and consumption of safe and nutritious food in the DRC Feed the Future Zone of Influence (ZOI).

At this time, the likely ZOI is expected to be in Kasai Central and Kongo Central, with an anticipated total area of 2.3 million hectares and an estimated population of 2.33 million people.

"Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)" is removed from the classification information and the RFI is opened to all interested parties. If you are satisfied with the previous submission, there is no need to provide an additional copy. However, if you wish to modify your previous submission, please feel free to submit the revised version highlighting the changes.
