The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) Office of Acquisition and Assistance proposes to award a delivery/task order on behalf of the Office of Financial Management (OFM), pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2), Exceptions to the Fair Opportunity Process.
