Request For Information Only This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is not a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government or the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes; it does not constitute a request for proposals or applications, nor does it promise to issue a future solicitation. The RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to procure any supplies or services.
Further, USAID/Egypt is not seeking proposals or applications at this time. Interested parties are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any costs associated with responding to this RFI. Responding to this RFI will not give any advantage to any organization in any subsequent procurement, if any. USAID/Egypt’s new family planning (FP) initiative aims to support Egypt’s National Population Strategy (2023–2030), the “Bedaya” project, and align with "Egypt Vision 2030" and the National Dialogue framework.
The activity will implement high-impact and innovative practices to improve family health outcomes, working with Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population, the National Population Council, and potentially other ministries to reach key NPS goals. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to inform interested parties about USAID’s support for family planning in Egypt and to gather evidence-based solutions, recommendations, and examples to enhance USAID's efforts in this sector.
