Sole Source Justification 8.405-6 to Contract for Developing Interagency Leaders (DIL)

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C) a sole source justification was approved by the Contracting Officer. A contract was awarded to Akytech Consulting LLC for the amount of $300,439.17 with a 2 year period of performance, including one base year and one 1-year option period. The purpose of this Contract is to support the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility under the Office of the Administrator (A/DEIA) to provide specific, tailored training, events and professional development for USAID (also referred to as “Developing Interagency Leaders” or “DIL”) and other members of the U.S. Government located in Embassy settings.
