BMRA LIMITED SOURCES JUSTIFICATION

This is a request to approve an extension of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for professional training services to 7200AA19F50041 for $3,963,469.00. Under this action, Business Management Resource Associates, Inc. (BMRA) will provide critical professional development training for agency staff required to achieve their FAC-C, FAC-COR, and FAC-P/PM certifications.

The existing award number is 7200AA19F50041, and the current period of performance ends on September 24, 2024. The extension will add a one-year period to the BPA, ensuring the continuation and completion of pivotal Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI)-related training and recruitment programs and projects using remaining funds.
