Creaform MC

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-l(b) (ii). The proposed source is Creaform USA. The procurement requires the continued maintenance of its’ Creaform Handyscan Black + Elite Limited laser scanners to provide reverse engineering support for FME Efforts.

Covers and provides software/firmware as released, technical support, repair or replacement of failed equipment, loaner units while equipment is being repaired, immediate shipment of loaners upon notice of failure depending on the mission urgency. This requirement will be from FY25 through FY29. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Training.
