J&A Refuse and Recycling Services at USCG Sector San Juan, PR

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94), proposes to enter into a sole source, short-term contract of 3 months with Hamilton Alliance for refuse and recycling services located in USCG Sector San Juan, PR. The contract period of performance is 10/01/2024 – 12/31/2024. The contractor will provide all services per the PWS.

This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” See the attached J&A for details.
