Full Food Service for Base Ketchikan Galley Amendment 0001 to incorporate terms and conditions and the wage determination Note: This procurement is an 8(a)Set-Aside with the caveat that State Licensing Agency, considered other than small business, will be allowed to compete.
Offers from the State Licensing Agencies (for Blind vendors) operating under authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 USC, 107(a-e), must be given a priority in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education at 34 CFR 395.33.
