This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command (LOG-95), Norfolk, VA as a RFQ for preventive maintenance services (PMS) for HVAC equipment at United States Coast Guard (USCG) STA Marathon, Florida. The period of performance will be for a Base Period of one-year and (4) one-year option periods for a total contract duration not to exceed five years from 6/1/2024 - 5/31/2029. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and any other items or services necessary to perform PMS for HVAC equipment in accordance with the statement of work.
Amendment 1: Remove past performance criteria from solicitation and added responses to vendor questions.
