The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Air Shelters USA, LLC, P.O. Box 667227, Pompano Beach, FL 33066 for the following:

Air Shelters - 216 SQ FT at 16'L x 14.7'W x 8.7'H (EXT) and 16'L x 13.5'W x 8'H (INT), Low-Pressure Inflatable Air-beam Shelter System;

Color Options: OD Green, Deployable by 2 personnel in under 4 minutes;

Packed Dimensions: 40''L x 20''W x 17''H at 150 LBS (Shelter Only);

Features: Removable Floor, Universal Quick Connect Panel w/ adapter collar (x2), 6'x3' dual-zipper door (x2), 3'x2' screened windows with exterior privacy cover and tie-ups (x2), 10''-14'' utility ports w/ drawstring closure (x6), eave vent screens w/ covers on front and back (x4), high-capacity equipment hanging points at 65'' (x8), cross beam retainer straps (x2), exterior frame anchor points (x8), high wind tie-downs (x4); Included accessories: 110V inflator/deflator w/ hose, heavy-duty transport bag w/ cinch straps and carry handles, and maintenance kit.

Late questions may not be answered on time. The NAICS Code for this procurement 624221; small business size standard is $13.5M. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price; total small business set-aside.

If no responses are received with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Air Shelters USA, LLC. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
