USCG Base Elizabeth City Acquisition and Installation of Security Cameras System

All Proposals regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to rubens.e.rodriguez@uscg.mil by 8/07/2024 at 1200 PM (EASTERN TIME). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, materials, design, furnish, and program a complete IP CCTV system on a server with 55 new cameras and all materials necessary for renewal at USCG Base Elizabeth City at 1664 Weeksville rd. Thrun Hall barracks bldg. 23, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08124QELIZ0012.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 561621. The small business size standard is $25 million. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and the Department of Labor wage rates for services are included in this solicitation and are applicable.

Offerors who are not registered with https://sam.gov/content/home may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation.

This solicitation will be evaluated by the following criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated.

This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of provision)
