The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting market research to determine domestic availability of Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly - WATTS 957-NRS-FS 3. Specifically, Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly - WATTS 957-NRS-FS 3 components (all material (steel) that is manufactured in the United States) is sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of satisfactory quality. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.

In order for the WATTS 957-NRS-FS 3 to be considered manufactured in the United States, all manufacturing processes must take place in the United States and the cost of components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States must exceed 55 percent of the cost of all the components. Components of foreign origin of the same class or kind for which nonavailability determinations have been made are treated as domestic.
