NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title: USCG AIRSTATION KODIAK EMERGENCY PASSENGER OXYGEN SYSTEM KIT (EPOS) The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for EMERGENCY PASSENGER OXYGEN SYSTEM (EPOS)KITS P/N MR-10096AF to ESSEX INDUSTRIES, UEI: HM3XALHG6LM8, 8007 Chivvis DR, Sait Louis, MO 63123-2333. The total estimated value is less than $28,000.00.

The proposed procurement is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
