This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z045-24-Q-KODI0062 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-03 Effective: 2/23/2024 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

NAICS Code 518210 Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services Size Standard: $40M COAST GUARD BASE KODIAK MWR HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A CLOUD-BASED RECREATION/RESERVATION SUBSCRIPTION AND ONE-TIME SET-UP TRAINING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK DATED MARCH 26, 2024. Delivery is due within 10 days after award.

FAR 52.212-1 and addenda to FAR 52.212-1 apply to this acquisition.

FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria can be found within the attachment. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commerical Products and Commerical Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.

FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acqusition. Specific clauses applicable to this acqusition can be found within the attachment. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following:

In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word "offer/offeror" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter" or a derivative of that word. If it is in the best interest of the government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote.
