NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order for multiple material handling equipment.

This sole source contracting action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the item/s included in this requirement.

The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for future requirements regarding this multiple material handling equipment. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
