Purchase ELT Beacon Tester w/ First Article

A00001 - Extends the Solicitation until 30 April 2025 at 2PM EDT. A00002 - Potential vendors shall not reflect tariff pricing on their proposal. There are currently no tariffs that apply to this product under HS Code 9030.40.00.00. This amendment also extends the Solicitation until 1 May 2025 at 2PM EDT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QE0000026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,350 employees. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a brand name or equal basis for the item listed in Attachment 1, Schedule of Supplies, with First Article. The brand name and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the ELT Beacon Tester is WS Technologies Inc. (Cage Code:

L5391), Part Number: BT200-2100B. A full description of the salient characteristics required of “equal to” items may be found in Attachment 2, on page 2 of the Terms and Conditions. Small business concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide this item, or an equal alternative, by the required delivery date, are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. All items shall be NEW approved items. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 1, Schedule of Supplies, with First Article and submit with the quotation.

(First Article) and 40 each (Production Buy) The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. Offerors must be able to provide necessary certification including traceability to the manufacturer (WS Technologies Inc, Cage Code: L5391), the manufacturer's COC and its own certificate of conformance.
