The wall siding shall be vertical and roofing shall be vertical. 6/30/24 - bidder's questions and answers have been posted. 6/29/24 - solicitation is updated to clarify the rafter and ceiling joists sizes. Rafters shall be 2x6, 16" on center and ceiling joists shall be 2x4, 16" on center. The synopsis / solicitation below and the SOW (6/29/24 verision) have been updated.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QK0000026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 321992. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the following items:
