Amendment 3-Responses to Questions 10.03.2024 Amendment 2-Extend due date.

Amendment 1-Responses to Questions 09.17.2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QE0000045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380-Testing Laboratories. The small business size standard is $19M. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The following documents are attached:
