NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE - USCG AIRSTATION SITKA EMERGENCY GENERATOR DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for emergency repair, troubleshooting and diagnosis of Emergency Generator to CUMMINS ANCHORAGE AK BRANCH, 2618 COMMERCIAL DRIVE, ANCHORAGE, AK 99501. The total estimated value is less than $7,500.00.

The proposed procurement is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, unusual and compelling urgency, where delay of award would result in serious injury to the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
