Forces Micronesia/Sector Guam (FMSG) requires two (02) mobile fuel trailers for refueling of generators, equipment, and machinery. This combined synopsis solicitation is to procure two (02) Mobile Fuel Trailers with the minimum following specifications:

TRAILER: Fully Certified To DOT 406 And TC 406 Regulations Heavy Duty C-Channel Chassis Fully Enclosed Compartments Tandem Torsion Axles 16" E-Range Tires Aluminum Wheels Conduit Wrapped Wiring Minimum 7,000 lb Commercial Jack Adjustable 5-Position Vertical 2-5/16" Ball Hitch or Pintle Hitch FRONT MOUNTED BOX: Gas Door Struts Lockable Chrome Door Latches Left & Right Access Doors Powder Coat Finish FUEL TANK: 950 Gallon Double Walled Fuel Tank 40 Gallon Separate DEF Tank Double Seam Welded Internal Fuel Surge Baffles and Cross Bracing Drop Sump with Drain Plug Fuel Shut Off Valve Fuel Gauge Lockable Vented Fuel Cap Tank Pressure Relief Vent SAFETY: Manufactured to DOT Specs Heavy Duty Safety Chains and Hooks Digital Breakaway and Electric Drum Brakes Roll Over Railing LED Side and Rear Lighting Spare Tire w/mount Grounding Cable Safety/Spill Kit Tool Caddy FUEL DELIVERY: Minimum 40 GPM Electric Gas Powered Generator Deep Cycle Battery 75' Auto Retracting Hose Reel with Auto Trip Nozzle Minimum 50 Micron Fuel Filter FINISH: Standard White Color 2 Coats Acrylic Enamel Paint with Industrial Primer DOT Placards/Placard This includes utilizing funds for purchase of the vehicle, warranty and maintenance costs, shipping to operational site, and safety/usage manuals/training for personnel.
