This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirement: HazMat Locker/Shed. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-06 Effective Date 10/01/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 06/20/2025. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5577 revision # 29 date of last revision 12/03/2025 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
