Amendment to solicitation 70Z03325QSEAT1563 to clarify requirements for one-year protection plan. The protection plan consists of one-year Forticare Premium and Fortiguard unified threat protection. Amended date for offers is 03/06/2025, 300 PM PST; all offers that are submitted late (by day and time zone) will not be considered in award determination. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Award: It is the government’s intent to make award based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Failure for contractor to be registered in SAM shall result in Contracting Officer to proceed with next successful registered offeror.
