The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5577 revision # 28 date of last revision 07/08/2025 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 238220.
