This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Accpetable.

The solicitation number is 70Z03324QBASEAT0044 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2024-05 Effective Date 004/22/2024, HSAR 9/14/2023, HSAM 1/3/2024, CGAP March 2014. SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WD # 2015-5563 REVISION # 21 LAST REVISED DATE DECEMBER 26, 2023 APPLIES. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
