Flooring Removal and Installation in Government Housing

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: past performance (the contracting specialist’s knowledge of and previous experience with the service being acquired). The solicitation number is 70Z03324QBASEA170 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2023-05 Effective Date 08/08/2023, HSAR 6/21/2023, HSAM OCTOBER 2009, CGAP Change Notice 2023-05. SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WD # 2015-5577 REVISION # 24 LAST REVISED DATE MAY 2, 2024 APPLIES. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
