1. Attached SF-30 must be signed and submitted with quote.

2. Oregon Department of Agriculture Commercial Pesticide Operator License required by contractor.

3. Leaf and Needle Cleanup. Work through the entire property blowing and raking up leaves and needles that have fallen during the Fall and Winter months.08 total times; Oct 1 time, Nov 2 times, Dec 2 times, Jan 2 times, Feb 1 time. For Tongue Point location only.

4. Weed Spraying. Every month in the growing season we will spray for weeds in all the gravel areas, as well as, in the cracks of the sidewalk and asphalt. No more than 09 times a season. For Tongue Point location only. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03324QBASEA128 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WD # 2015-5577 REVISION # 25 LAST REVISED DATE 07/22/2024 APPLIES. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 561730. Small Business Size Standard is $9.5M.
