This requirement is for the Contractor to clean the CGC WEDGE's Main Diesel Engine (MDE) exhaust piping system, including the associated stack uptakes, port and starboard Ship Service Diesel Generators (SSDGs) exhaust piping systems, including associated stack uptakes, Boiler Exhaust stack uptakes, Barge Diesel Engine exhaust piping, and to clean and flush the sewage piping system, clean and flush the Gray/Grey Water Piping systems, and clean and inspect the sewage holding tanks in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW, attached) and provided SFLC Standard Specifications and Drawings.

The Statement of Work references some drawings that will not be utilized. All relevant drawings are provided. Please note, this requirement will have specific Quality Assurance and inspection points throughout the requirement. All inspections will be conducted with an appointed USCG representative. All attached drawings and standard specifications are applicable. A site visit is encouraged. Vendors are required to be registered and current in sam.gov with a UEI.

Federal Acquisition Regulations Clauses and Wage Rates are included and applicable. Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on attached Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449) if you will be submitting a quote. All applicable paperwork is attached to this solicitation. The requirement will be awarded to lowest price.
