BASE GALVESTON - WATER TREATMENT OF HVAC COOLING SYSTEM

The United States accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to Provide Coast Guard is a monthly chemical water treatment service of the HVAC system’s cooling towers (3) and the closed loop pot feeder system as to remove scale, corrosion, solids, residue, and particles from the existing system to include cleaning and or replacing of the feeders sock.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. This will be a firm- fixed priced purchase order awarded to the Lowest Bidder. This is set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
