U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary National Supply Center Warehouse Support

The Coast Guard is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify qualified sources that demonstrate the capability to meet the agency's requirement. The United States Coast Guard is seeking to acquire management services for the Coast Guard’s Auxiliary National Supply Center. This work consists of:

maintaining inventory, controlling all materials received and stored at the ANSC, and conducting periodic monthly warehouse inventories; monitoring stock quantities, recommending economic order quantities, ordering replenishments, receiving, marking, recording and stocking incoming supplies and managing bulk storage areas; and receiving, processing, filling, packaging and shiping orders and bulk mailings; and keeping customers informed about items on back order and assist customers in correcting order errors on the original order form.
