USCG Tank Vessel Inspector Course

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement.

Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. Pursuant to FAR part 10 (Market Research), the United States Coast Guard is seeking qualified sources capable of providing all administrative and technical support services to conduct one convening of a five-business day course (40-Hours) with the USCG teaching 1.5 days of the course for up to 25 students IAW Performance Work Statement.

The USCG attends to award Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Contract for 12 months base and four (4) 12-months option periods. Companies with capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities for meeting this requirement no later than the close date of this notice (April 10, 2025). The information submitted must include:

1. Name of Company, Address and UEI Number 2. Point of Contact and Phone Number 3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern)
