During the solicitation period, vendors that are under the small business (8a) program may take the opportunity to review the small business (8a) program requirements and are eligible to submit a proposal for consideration in accordance with FAR 19.8 and FAR 52.219-8 of total small business set aside (Nov 2020) clause.
